Recognise Bank is seeking a Senior People Manager to lead the People function, translating the People Strategy into practical delivery across the employee lifecycle. You will combine hands-on HR delivery with day-to-day leadership of the People team, reporting to the COO on policy and governance aligned with SMCR.

You will own the People operating model, enhance HR policies, manage ER cases, support organisational design, recruitment, performance, rewards and wellbeing, while nurturing a culture.
