Recognise Bank is seeking a Senior People Manager to lead the People function and translate the Bank’s People Strategy into delivery.

The role combines hands-on HR delivery with day-to-day leadership of the team, supporting the COO who owns the People Strategy.

You will own core processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, rewards and wellbeing, while ensuring governance and compliance in a regulated financial services environment.
