If you are a proven Lead Engineer, Senior Lift Engineer, Senior Lift Service Engineer, Senior Repair Engineer, Lift Tester, Lift Technician, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Advanced Lift Engineer, Elevator Technician, or Technical Manager, we want to hear from you!

As an NVQ 4 qualified or part qualified Lift Technician offering technical lift engineering knowledge and guidance on-site and over the phone to your team of Lift Engineers. As a Lift Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of passenger lift systems. This position demands exceptional technical expertise, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of advanced lift mechanics and electronics.
Lift Technician Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to conduct in-depth lift systems.
- Analyse complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
- Adjust lift components such as drive systems, controllers, sensors, and safety devices.
- Document test results, create detailed reports, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all lift engineering complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with installation and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration and handover of newly commissioned lifts.
- Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends to enhance technical skills and knowledge continually.
Ideal Lift Technician Candidate:
- NVQ 4 - Qualified / Part Qualified
- Engineering Electrical/Mechanical qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering a Lift Technician role
- Excellent Leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to follow lift manuals and electrical diagrams, adhering to health and safety requirements
- A full driving license - Essential
