Lift Service Manager Operations Manager Procurement & Account Management Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus + Future Profit Share Progression: Clear Path to Service Director Hours: Full-time, Office-Based, a future Hybrid Role Are you a Lift Engineer or Electrically-Biased Engineer ready to step off the tools into a strategic leadership role? REClifts is seeking a Lift Service Manager to head up a new lift component division in Basingstoke. This role is ideal for someone with a deep technical understanding of the lift industry who\’s ready to take charge of procurement, supplier management, service delivery, and day-to-day operations-with the opportunity to shape and grow a brand-new branch. This is a key role in the wider business, with a clear career path to Service Director and a chance to influence the future direction of the division. Your Responsibilities: Oversee procurement and stock management of lift components Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth supply chain operations Lead the day-to-day running of this new branch Develop service delivery standards and streamline operational processes Support and coordinate a small team of engineers and office staff Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and growth plans Ensure health & safety and compliance procedures are maintained What We\’re Looking For: Lift Service Manager or Electrical Engineering Manager or Electrical Components Branch Manager or similar job titles would be considered Strong technical understanding of lift systems and components – desirable Experience in procurement, operations, or service management- essential Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with suppliers and stakeholders Leadership experience or a natural aptitude for team management – essential Based near Hampshire (or willing to relocate/commute) Why This Role?
