This is a hands-on role for an experienced Lift Engineer ready to take the next step into a supervisory position, while still remaining active on the tools. The Role: Lift Repair Supervisor As the Lift Repair Supervisor, you will lead and support two dedicated repair teams, working closely with management to ensure efficient scheduling, smooth project delivery, and high standards of workmanship. You\’ll take the lead on more complex jobs, mentor less experienced engineers, and help organise team rotas and day-to-day logistics.
