Commutable from: Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham , North East, Hexham, Consett REClifts is now looking for 1 x Lift Engineer to manage a defined lift engineering service route that is well-maintained. This role is service repair call-out based in Newcastle. Night call 1/5 or 1/6 The Lift Engineer Role: The aim of this Lift Engineer role will be to efficiently manage your own service route. As a highly capable Lift Engineer, you will complete repairs on passenger lifts and goods lifts. The successful Lift Engineer will be familiar with working in the Western-Super-mare area and will be comfortable with working the call-out rota. The Lift Engineer will carry out the electrical and mechanical maintenance of all types of goods, passenger and service lifts and lifting equipment. Report service / repairs / defects to encourage improvements in lift equipment and safety. Complete maintenance schedules in accordance with agreed Service Contracts Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate: Currently working as either a Lift Service Engineer, Lift Repair Engineer or Lift Installation Engineer with over 2 years experience! Qualified to or above NVQ3 (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline.
