We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Finance division. You will play a key role in ensuring that service contracts are processed efficiently and accurately, enabling our customers to receive the exceptional service they expect.
What You Will Do:
- Load all new service contracts promptly and accurately into our system.
- Generate the first customer invoice where applicable.
- Amend customer contact details as needed.
- Resolve contractual queries in line with company policies.
- Raise credits and re-invoices as required.
- Administer annual price increases in line with contractual terms.
Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, totalling 40 hours per week. However, we are committed to supporting a work-life balance and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours or alternative schedules, during the interview process.
