About the role

Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Medical Marketing team.
- Manage and update all grids and trackers, support data collection and reporting (e.g., rep feedback summaries, campaign effectiveness tracking).
- Liaise with teams to coordinate rep and pharmacy training sessions, including scheduling, attendance tracking.
- Manage medical/regulatory approval system.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional touchpoints to learn project planning and brand management fundamentals.
- Develop and deliver medical marketing materials to support the strategy on selected brands working closely with the medical marketing managers & the brand teams to deliver the HCP strategy.
- Using scientific background & knowledge of the UK healthcare system develop breakthrough communications targeting healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with field sales to support the execution of medical marketing plans.
- Effectively manage educational and promotional communications to healthcare professionals that are delivered directly from Reckitt.
- Monitor relevant legislation, medical issues, industry trends and guidelines in the UK reporting them to line manager & brand team as appropriate.
- Work closely with the Medical Marketing Manager and collaboratively with the brand teams & creative agencies in the development of marketing assets & the execution of plans, appropriate marketing tools and materials to drive growth in selected healthcare products.
- Ensure Compliance to the ABPI, PAGB, relevant Codes of Conduct and Standard Operating Processes at all times.
- Effectively manage the medical marketing projects and budget to deliver the medical marketing plan to defined timelines and within agreed spend.

- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities balanced with a sound understanding of the NHS, pharmacy and changing healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
- Medical or scientific degree (e.g., Pharmacist qualification, BSc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field).
