About the role:
The Senior Process Coach is responsible for deploying, coaching, and sustaining the process excellence components of the Integrated Work System (IWS) Daily Management System across OTC manufacturing cells. The role strengthens process capability by developing Process Leads and Cell Leads to deliver stable, capable, and validated processes that meet MHRA and EMA GMP standards. The Senior Process Coach drives high performance by embedding consistent daily management routines, robust process controls, and disciplined problem solving techniques. They coach leaders to take ownership of process stability, quality, performance, and loss elimination, enabling the organisation to achieve reliable, compliant, and continuously improving operations. Key areas of focus include standardising KPIs and escalation processes, facilitating structured root cause analysis, maintaining strong process standards aligned to validation, and building capability in vertical startup and ongoing process verification.
Your responsibilities:
- Coach Process Leads to take ownership of process stability, quality, performance, and loss elimination.
- Deploy and standardise Daily Management routines, including KPIs and escalation processes.
- Facilitate structured root cause analysis for process losses and deviations.
- Maintain strong process standards—such as CILs, control plans, and SOPs—ensuring alignment with validation requirements.
- Build capability in vertical startup and support ongoing process verification activities.
