About the role: In this role, you will support governance and project management activities across Global Category Technical teams, helping to ensure effective project delivery and continuous process improvement. You’ll play a key part in coordinating cross‑functional technical projects, maintaining standardized ways of working, and improving project management systems and tools. You will help manage project complexity, prioritisation, risks, and roadblocks, while providing Technical Managers with clear and up‑to‑date visibility of project progress. The role also supports the development and standardisation of KPIs, project plans, and dashboards to enable consistent tracking and alignment with annual and strategic plans across global technical sites.
Your responsibilities:
- Support governance processes for planned technical projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain and enhance the project management system, ensuring a clear and visible project pipeline across all categories.
- Standardise and improve project management practices to enable effective tracking and delivery.
- Develop and manage project dashboards to provide wider team visibility using tools such as MS Projects and Power BI.
- Collaborate proactively with site Technical teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks throughout project planning and execution.
The experience we're looking for:
- Strong manufacturing technology expertise, with 5–10 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
- Solid project management capability, including proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Project Online.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑influencing skills, and experience working effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Broad business understanding across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Highly organised with strong analytical, strategic‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop others, focus on detail while seeing the bigger picture, and work proactively across global teams.
- Comfortable influencing without authority and driving actions across a wide range of business functions.
- Natural collaborator who leverages diverse cross‑functional perspectives to solve problems.
- Degree calibre/Degree in Science or Engineering.
