We are Reckitt

Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose. Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

General Management

Our General Management team is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities. We touch every part of our organisation, from developing and executing long term business strategies to ensuring financial health and budgeting. We do this by inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and encouraging pride throughout – shaping our culture of care – with key values and ethical standards leading our way.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead the successful adoption of Planisware across our organisation. You’ll be at the heart of our transformation—driving behaviour change, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring teams are ready, supported, and confident as we move to a new portfolio and project management platform.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the change and adoption workstream for the Planisware rollout.
  • Develop change, engagement, and communication strategies that prepare the organisation for new processes and governance.
  • Map and manage stakeholders across PMO, Finance, Supply, GTO, GBS and IT&D.
  • Create and deliver training materials, user guides, playbooks, and readiness activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and leadership alignment sessions.
  • Ensure Planisware ways of working are embedded into PMO, CAPEX, and Finance governance.
  • Track adoption, readiness metrics, user feedback, and drive continuous improvement post‑go‑live.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in large-scale change management—ideally within tech, PMO, or operational transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Understanding of project, programme, and portfolio management processes.
  • Experience working with system deployments, governance frameworks, or CAPEX/finance processes.
  • Highly organised, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, and confident working across multiple functions.
  • Change/PMO certifications (Prosci, ACMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are beneficial but not essential.
