About the role:
- Lead business growth by developing and industrializing robust, efficient manufacturing processes.
- Accountable for portfolio delivery of NPD/EPD and market expansion initiatives as well as base business protection and factory improvement initiatives.
- Active member of the site leadership team, shaping technical strategy.
Your responsibilities Scope/Dimensions of role:
- Direct leadership of the Site Technical function (team size depending on site size).
- Accountable for delivery of high number of concurrent NPD/EPD, OOS, BCP, site transfers and/or productivity projects.
- Influence Factory CapEx strategy and procurement sourcing.
