About the role
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Hull, HU8 8LE (Hybrid, 3 days on site)
Reports To: TA Manager
We seek a proactive, strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to support high-volume Supply and Manufacturing recruitment at our Hull site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is forward-thinking, and acts as a true partner to stakeholders. You will shape our talent strategy, deliver quality recruitment outcomes, and provide data-driven insights for workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Provide data and reports on vacancy trends, metrics, and pipeline health.
- Engage top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and outreach.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to guide recruitment approaches.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand.
- Collaborate with HR and leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Experience
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in Supply & Manufacturing roles.
- Passion for Candidate Experience.
- Ability to interpret recruitment data for strategic decisions.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
