About the role
The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for the development and execution of strategy for the Planning Organization with the key KPIs focused on service (PFR), optimal inventory and minimal waste and supply chain losses. You will lead a team of Supply Planners and report directly to the Planning Director NEU, with regular interactions and accountability to the Supply Services Director as part of the extended leadership team, with a high level of cross-functional stakeholder management across Supply and Commercial functions.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the delivery, execution and consistency of the Supply Planning KPIs (PFR, SCL and inventory) via a team of Supply Planners and central Distribution Requirement Planner.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders (internal/external) and demonstrate personal accountability to achieve inventory and SCL objectives and deliver service.
