About the role
Are you keen to step into the world of Supply with a company that\\\’s all about nurturing talent and driving innovation? Our Supply Graduate Scheme develops future leaders, over a 2-year programme, with rotations across Hull and Nottingham – Future leaders driving the delivery of quality products though the end to end Supply chain (Planning and Customer Services, Quality, Packaging, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, Procurement, Logistics, Safety and the Environment).
The Approach
– You will work though different rotations giving you the depth of knowledge within Supply Chain. All of the rotation are in real time dependant on business needs meaning that each and every role is important to continued success of Reckitt.
– While on the scheme you will be given all the tools needed for success!
You will undertake numerous trainings, designed to upskill you and transition you into a future leader of the business
You will have regular development discussions with your line managers and mentors who will help you further your knowledge and understanding of your leadership style.
– You will also get to spend a week with all Reckitt UK Graduates where you will learn all about business including Supply, R&D, Marketing and Finance.
The graduate scheme will commence on the 1st of September 2025.
The experience we\\\’re looking for
– Keen interest in Supply chain, engineering and manufacturing.
– A basic understanding of Manufacturing with a suitable degree such as but not limited to engineering, supply chain, Science and Maths.
– Have confidence to lead others, enjoy the challenge of delivering under pressure, have the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and one where we embrace change.
– Strong communication abilities and a drive to learn in a dynamic industry setting.
