Our Global Corporate Security & Resilience function is dedicated to protecting Reckitt's people, operations, assets, and reputation across an increasingly complex global environment. We partner closely with business leaders and functions across Reckitt to deliver intelligence-led, risk-based security and resilience capabilities that enable safe, secure, and resilient business operations worldwide.
About the role
As the Senior Security Investigations Manager, you will lead Reckitt's global security investigations capability, responsible for developing and overseeing a globally consistent, intelligence-led investigations framework across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Security Operations, this new role is responsible for strengthening investigative governance, improving investigative capability, and ensuring investigations are conducted ethically, consistently, and in alignment with legal, compliance, HR, and data privacy requirements. The position plays a key role in protecting Reckitt's people, assets, operations, and brand reputation through effective investigative oversight and risk mitigation.
You will work closely with regional security teams, cross functional stakeholders and external partners to manage complex investigations, identify emerging risks, strengthen governance, and support broader security objectives globally. The role combines strategic leadership, operational investigations management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across Reckitt's global operations.
Your responsibilities
- Global Investigations Framework & Governance: Develop and maintain Reckitt's global investigations framework, standards, governance processes, and assurance mechanisms to support consistent and effective investigative practices across all regions.
- Complex Investigations & Case Management: Lead or oversee high-risk, complex, or cross-border security investigations involving theft, misconduct, insider threat, supply chain integrity, and other security-related matters, ensuring appropriate governance and risk management throughout.
- Investigations Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure investigations are conducted in alignment with legal, compliance, HR, ethics, and data privacy requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and evidential management.
- Risk Intelligence & Root Cause Analysis: Translate investigation outcomes into actionable intelligence, identifying trends, systemic vulnerabilities, and root causes to support risk mitigation, operational resilience, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & External Partnerships: Partner with Legal, HR, Compliance, Internal Audit, regional security teams, law enforcement, and external investigative specialists to strengthen investigative capability and support enterprise-wide risk management objectives.
- Governance Reporting & Capability Development: Establish investigation KPIs, dashboards, governance forums, and reporting mechanisms while supporting the development of investigative training, awareness, and capability-building programmes globally.
The experience we're looking for
- Significant experience in corporate investigations, security investigations, law enforcement, forensic investigations, or a related field within a global organisation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-risk, or cross-border investigations across multinational environments.
- Experience with investigative methodologies, evidential handling, interviewing techniques, and investigative governance principles.
- Experience working closely with Legal, HR, Compliance, Ethics, Audit, and external investigative partners.
- Experience operating effectively within complex, matrixed international organisations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting insider threat, supply chain integrity, or fraud prevention programmes desirable.
- Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience in investigations, security, law enforcement, forensic analysis, or related disciplines preferred.
