About the role:
Join our Internal Communications team as an Internal Communications Associate, where you’ll help shape how we connect with our people. You’ll manage digital platforms like the intranet and screens, support content delivery, and work with partners to improve tools and engagement. This is a great entry point into the world of internal communications, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global business.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage internal digital channels in alignment with our employee experience strategy to enhance engagement across the business.
- Create and deploy content for our intranet and digital screens, ensuring it’s timely, relevant, and aligned with our tone of voice.
- Collaborate with IT&D Digital Workplace to drive improvements to the intranet, including redesigns and development initiatives.
- Oversee governance of digital communications activity, regardless of reporting lines, to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal digital communications using dashboards and insights to inform future improvements.
- Manage partnerships that provide tools and platforms supporting internal engagement needs.
- Support Content Associates in developing and deploying campaigns and content across our digital channels.
The experience we’re looking for:
- Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or related field (BaHons).
- Experience with intranet management and digital content publishing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Understanding of employee engagement and user experience.
- Confident with data, measurement and analytics.
