We offer a variety of exciting opportunities in all areas of the supply chain, from planning and procurement to manufacturing and logistics.
About the role: We are looking for a visionary Global Supply Planning Capability Director to take full business ownership of our global Kinaxis ecosystem. Reporting directly to the VP E2E Planning & IBP, you will act as the ultimate business owner for our Kinaxis system and processes (non-IT/development) in this critical leadership role. Driving the future of our planning landscape, you will lead a dedicated team of Product Owners and Global Business Process Owners (BPOs). You will be a champion of cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly across different teams including Manufacturing, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales, Finance, and Global Business Services (GBS). Crucially, you will work in close partnership with IT to ensure that our technical roadmap is executed flawlessly and perfectly aligns with our overarching supply strategy.
Your responsibilities:
- Process Excellence & Standardization: Act as the ultimate guardian of our global planning processes. You will be responsible for designing, defining, and embedding standardized, best-in-class processes across the global network. You will actively challenge the status quo, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous process evolution to ensure maximum efficiency and agility.
- System Ownership: Serve as the global business owner for the Kinaxis platform. Your remit covers the end-to-end planning ecosystem, including Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning, and Production Scheduling.
- IT Partnership & Strategic Roadmapping: Work in close partnership with IT to co-create, govern, and execute the roadmap for Kinaxis solutions and capabilities, ensuring technical delivery consistently solves real business challenges.
- Leadership & Team Development: Direct and mentor a high-performing team of Product Owners and Global BPOs, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Direct Supply Leadership and Manufacturing to ensure the Kinaxis roadmap seamlessly aligns with operational reality and supply strategy. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IBP teams to integrate and align supply planning with financial forecasting and demand planning. Partner with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to support the setup, integration, and optimization of global shared services.
The experience we're looking for:
- System Expertise (Crucial): Deep, hands-on business experience working extensively with Kinaxis RapidResponse (or highly similar advanced planning tools like SAP IBP, OMP, or Blue Yonder). You understand how the system works from a business and process perspective.
- Process Mastery: A proven track record of standardizing complex, multi-regional supply chain processes. You have a keen eye for challenging existing ways of working and implementing scalable best practices.
- Industry Background: Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning within a complex, global FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Subject matter expertise across the full supply planning spectrum (DRP, Inventory, Material, Production Planning & Scheduling).
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing and developing teams of Product Owners and BPOs, ideally in a matrixed or global structure.
