About the role: As a Global Change Manager - Artwork Excellence, you will lead the execution of change management activities for the Artworks Transformation programme across markets and functions. You will deliver a global change programme, engaging cross-functional teams across markets, factories, R&D hubs and HQs, ensuring successful adoption at scale. In this role, you will drive the people side of a major artworks technology transformation, helping to replace a complex, time-consuming and error-prone process with a smarter, more efficient solution. You will turn strategy into clear, actionable plans, driving engagement, readiness and sustained adoption by partnering with market teams, global super users and key stakeholders. You will also own the end-to-end communications approach, delivering impactful messaging across diverse teams, and design and deliver training that responds to user needs, ensuring the change is embedded effectively across the organisation. This role requires occasional international travel. It is offered as a fixed-term contract for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension into 2027.

Your responsibilities:

  • Change Delivery: execute change management plans aligned to the global Artworks Transformation roadmap, support deployment across markets to ensure consistent application of change frameworks, and develop and maintain detailed change, communications, and engagement plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: partner with regional and market stakeholders, manage day-to-day engagement activities, and act as a trusted point of contact for markets, resolving queries and removing barriers to adoption.
  • Communications: deliver clear and engaging communications tailored to different audiences, and create content such as newsletters, updates, and leadership messaging.
  • Training & Adoption: support the development and rollout of training materials, coordinate training logistics and track completion across markets, and monitor adoption while reinforcing new ways of working.
  • Change Readiness & Insights: track change readiness and adoption metrics, gather feedback from users and markets to identify risks and improvement areas, and support continuous improvement of the change approach based on insights.

The experience we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management delivery within transformation programmes.
  • Proven ability to support global or multi-market rollouts.
  • Significant experience working with process, systems or digital transformations (artwork, supply chain, regulatory or similar preferred).

The skills for success:

  • Strong execution focus - able to turn plans into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong influencing skills combined with an excellent ability to listen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured and organised, with attention to detail.
