About the role

As Senior HR Business Partner - Global Procurement, you will partner closely with the HR Director, Chief Procurement Officer and Global Procurement Leadership Team to shape and deliver the people strategy for a global organisation of approximately 400 employees.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive talent, organisation effectiveness, leadership development and cultural initiatives that enable the function to achieve its strategic objectives.

This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on support across talent, transformation and organisational priorities.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Partner with Procurement leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Drive workforce planning, organisation design and capability-building programmes.
  • Support organisational change, transformation and restructuring initiatives.
  • Coach and advise leaders on performance, engagement, team effectiveness and organisational health.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, inclusion and continuous development.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement talent, reward, learning and culture initiatives across the function.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance and people-related risk management.
  • Use workforce data and people insights to support strategic decision-making and drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the global Procurement organisation.
  • The experience we're looking for
  • Proven HR Business Partner experience within complex, global matrix organisations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, organisation development and workforce planning.
  • Strong track record of supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
  • Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders and leadership teams.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into pragmatic people solutions.
  • Good understanding of employee relations, organisational effectiveness and leadership development.
  • Experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations or other global functions is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage people insights and workforce data to guide decision-making.
