Your responsibilities
- Lead with impact by contributing to the development of Reckitt’s iconic brands such as Dettol, Nurofen, and Gaviscon, gaining exposure to strategic brand-building and leadership fundamentals.
- Harness consumer insights to shape innovation strategies, ensuring new products and solutions are aligned with evolving consumer needs and market trends.
- Apply your academic expertise in a dynamic, real-world environment, working on live projects that drive product development and scientific advancement.
- Own and deliver technical projects, taking full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery while building strong project management capabilities.
- Collaborate across functions with teams in medical, regulatory, safety, and project management to deliver business-led outcomes and drive shared success.
The experience we\'re looking for
- A strong academic foundation – ideally a degree in a relevant scientific discipline, demonstrating your analytical mindset and technical grounding.
- A naturally curious and proactive approach – someone who’s not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and seek clarity when needed.
