About the role

Location: Hull, HU8 7DS

Our Procurement Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering procurement led projects and managing supplier driven changes that impact raw and packaging materials for our Hull factory. They act as the essential link between the Hull site, Global Procurement and the supplier, providing dedicated local support across a wide range of procurement activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of new raw material and packaging suppliers, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure supply continuity and deliver against cost‑saving targets.
  • Present project updates and status reports to senior stakeholders, clearly highlighting key risks that may impact service levels or cost performance.
  • Manage supplier‑driven changes through the QualityOne system, ensuring all data is accurate and all activities are completed within required timelines.
  • Strengthen and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, leveraging available tools and cross‑functional insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Own the monthly PPV reporting process, summarising key drivers versus plan and outlining the impact of procurement‑led initiatives on site PPV performance.
  • Support local portfolio purchasing activities and associated processes, including the coordination and management of contracts with third‑party suppliers where required.

The experience we’re looking for

  • 2 years of experience in procurement or project based roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
  • High skill on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Autonomous, independent to take decisions
