About the role

Our Process Technology Leader is responsible for the leadership of a team that delivers key improvements to process technologies inline with strategic imperatives and improves cost efficiencies. They also lead and are responsible for validation activities in their area of responsibility and have a constant conyinuous improvement focus.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage a team ensuring resources are allocated to meet key milestones and are aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate validation across the site.
  • Initiate and implement process development and improvement in the areas of cost, quality and customer service.
  • Support the Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities providing technical support as required, working with the Regional Supply Heads to support global manufacturing and engineering strategies.
  • Continuously review manufacturing processes at the Hull site and at contract manufacturers to determine the most cost-effective supply strategy.
  • Implement Reckitt strategic imperatives.
  • Manage projects within budgets and deadlines to ensure implementation of supply/technical stategy.

The experience we're looking for

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology.
  • Pharmaceuticals and FMCG industry experience.
  • Knowledge of UK, EU and FDA standards and legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
  • Good understanding of material properties and processing technology.
