About the role
As a Process Compliance Senior Associate within Delivery & Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of processes within Regulatory Affairs & Safety (RAS). You will lead and drive priority / cross functional process improvement initiatives from design stage onwards, building customer requirements and driving departmental efficiency. The role will use the appropriate continuous improvement methodologies and tools to deliver at the right pace and ensuring outcomes are clear, delivered, measured, and embedded into BAU.

Your responsibilities
– Map RAS processes, ensuring harmonisation, simplification and effectiveness across the RAS Operating Model
– Ensuring processes are compliant with process documentation, including oversight and support of updates to RAS SOPs
– Design, document, implement and communicate new processes and procedures across RAS/Reckitt
– Manage execution of prioritised cross-team end to end process improvement initiatives, reporting the status of projects to D&I Management, RAS SMEs and Key Stakeholders and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
– Lead the facilitation of workshops and project meetings, ensuring the right balance of engagement and pace
– Utilise Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to define activities that are aligned with business objectives. Promote use of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools within RAS.
– Scope process improvement initiatives and identify the resources (people and other) to achieve successful execution
– Execute complex end to end process improvement initiatives with limited supervision and guidance and the ability to influence other cross functional teams without direct authority
– Data gathering and manipulation and able to pull multiple sources of data to understand end to end process capability and performance
– Develop control plans and monitor process capability, performance and improvement in key metrics, operational improvement and business benefits
– Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change
The experience we\’re looking for
– Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology and appropriate use, including ability to coach others
– Project management and organisational skills including scoping, action planning, benefits measurement and deployment considerations
– Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise large amount of information to quickly understand complex processes
– Data collection, analysis and key metric development and monitoring to track process capability and process improvements
– Able to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within a process and remove waste / automate process steps
– Preparing and facilitating workshop, driving progress towards the desired outcome while keeping attendees motivated and energised-
– Able to simplify and present complex information/processes to communicate to and achieve buy in from stakeholders
– Influence, negotiation and conflict resolution
– Cross-functional leadership skills and ability to manage improvement through others
– Strong enquiring mind and a ready to challenge attitude
– Prioritise multiple simultaneous issues while retaining high attention to detail
