About the role
As a
Production Operator at Reckitt, we'll depend on you to keep things running like clockwork.
A hands-on operations role in a GMP pharmaceutical environment, you'll have your own area of responsibility or part of a packing team but be able to apply your skills anywhere.

- Your responsibilities
- Learn to operate manufacturing and packing machinery to a high standard.
- Troubleshoot & understand routine stoppages for machinery in your area.
- Fully understand all required Quality Checks in compliance with pharmaceutical regulation
- Be trained to operate our Electronic Quality Software
- Feel involved in generating ideas to improve line performance.
- Carry out operations-based maintenance and lubrication of your machinery to reduce downtime.
- Operate machinery on solo basis or be part of multi-skilled packing team.
