- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Lead maintenance planning and scheduling for the cell. Build and maintain preventive maintenance plans aligned to equipment criticality. Ensure effective weekly maintenance schedules and material readiness. Track PM compliance and quality of execution.
- Zero Loss Mindset: Champion the IWS Zero Loss journey within the cell. Eliminate chronic equipment losses impacting SQDCS metrics. Translate loss intelligence into improvement plans.
- Engineering Support to Projects: Provide engineering input to CAPEX and productivity projects. Support URS development, design reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning. Ensure maintainability and reliability are built into new equipment.
- Capability Building & Coaching: Train and coach team members in CIL, defect handling, and basic condition monitoring. Build technical capability to enable operator ownership of equipment.
- Standards, Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and engineering standards. Own engineering risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.

- Proven root-cause analysis capability and experience reducing equipment losses.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and translate insights into action.
