About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT&D team supporting Reckitt's Northern European factories in Nottingham. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Working closely with the IT Portfolio Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of IT&D initiatives across factory operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Track and report on IT&D project progress, budgets, and value realization
- Coordinate local and global IT&D services and products across factory operations
- Develop and maintain process documentation, use cases, and business requirements
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and build strong relationships with business and IT teams
- Support compliance and governance activities, including stage gate documentation and service reviews
- Contribute to the simplification and standardization of IT solutions within factories
- Assist with data analysis and provide insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between IT portfolio management and factory operations
- Monitor and optimize IT&D initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment
The Experience We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Genuine interest in IT and driving digital transformation within manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT business analysis, project management, or portfolio management
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build positive relationships across functions
- Commitment to continuous learning and contributing to innovative IT solutions
