About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Microbiology (Micro) Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Team at the Nottingham Supply site.
Are you interested in learning or experienced in microbial quality testing, environmental monitoring, or water sampling? Do you ensure microbiology testing is performed to standards and timelines in consultation with a QC Lab Leader? Are you capable of accurately reporting primary data to meet Reckitt and regulatory standards? Do you want to assist the Micro Lab team in monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure microbiology testing is carried out as scheduled?

Your responsibilities

  • Perform microbiology/microbial quality testing of finished products, waters, raw materials, and environmental monitoring samples in production areas to support the Supply Healthcare factory.
  • Accurately report microbiology testing results.
  • Assist the Micro Lab Leader in compiling and reporting results to Supply teams.
  • Work flexibly within the Micro team.
