About the role
Location - Reckitt, Hull, HU8 7DS
Shifts - This role will operate between Monday and Friday on rotating shifts (6.00 am & 2.00 pm)
Our QC Laboratory administrators provide administration and analytical support to the Quality Control Laboratory team ensuring smooth and consistent operations allowing for maximum laboratory efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- Log Samples in the logbooks and check the sample market
- Log samples on Batch Log
- Receipt Samples on SAP
- Print all finished product Paperwork packs, including analysis worksheet, specifications and test methods. (Determine required VSM tasks with area leads)
- Preparation of required analytical glassware
- Reagent/Placebo preparation
- Disposal of waste and samples
- Balance calibration
- Upload QC reports on SharePoint
- Equipment calibrations/functional checks as required
- Create and issue logbooks as required
- Stock checking & ordering
- Creation of log books
The experience we're looking for
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working within either Quality or a Laboratory based environment
- Ability to work in time restricted situations
- Administrative experience
