About The Role
Our HR Administrator supports our HR Business Partners with employee relations cases, vendor management for employee services, first line guidance on policy and process queries, and other project work.
Location: Hull, HU8 7DS
Contract Type: This role is available on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with HRBPs or HR Advisors to provide input into business goals, local projects, and HR programs.
- Collaborate and work with HRBPs or HR Advisors on employee relations cases, specific queries and issues.
- Engage cross functionally to deliver HR casework and projects.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of casework and correspondence.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigation of the HR Portal.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

- Knowledge and insight of HR policies, laws and regulations.
- Demonstrable experience of execution excellence, problem solving, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
