About the role:
Our Engineer in Validation and Specification leads and coordinates validation activities across the site, initiating and implementing improvements in the areas of cost, quality and customer service. They work closely with the Site Validation, Engineering and Technical Managers to have full working knowledge of the Capex Plan and Site Validation Master Plan.
Location: Hull, HU8 7DS
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering validation activities across the site, providing clear evidence of status and equipment performance, focusing on delivering efficiency, cost, and service improvements.
- Manage projects within budgets and deadlines to ensure implementation of supply/validation strategy.
- Support the Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities providing Validation support as required, working with the Regional Supply Heads to support global manufacturing, Technical and Engineering strategies.
- Lead audit inspections with respect to equipment, cleaning and facilities validation and ensure the site is audit ready in all markets at all times.
