About the role: Our Electrical Shift Technicians ensure that all items of plant and equipment, within their areas of responsibility, are maintained to the appropriate standard ensuring that performance is safe, reliable and in accordance with the principles of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). They also have a focus on continually improving performance of equipment and/or systems to support the development of our manufacturing facility contributing to meeting customer service, quality and cost targets.

Your responsibilities:
- Understand the maintenance requirements in the area, and ensure that maintenance is delivered using a proactive, responsive, customer focused approach with effective application of the maintenance system and good engineering practice.
- Agree preventative maintenance plans, routine remedial action, machine design modifications.
