Manpower are currently seeking an interim IT Operations Transformation Lead to work with our global FMCG client Reckitt, renowned for brands such as Dettol, Finish, Nurofen, and Air Wick, and to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Slough.
This a full-time temporary role to start as soon as possible and to run for 12 months, Monday to Friday.
Compensation for this role is competitive.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
Overview We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to drive a large-scale change programme across our IT Service Operations function.
This role will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of operational transformation, ensuring improved service performance, efficiency, and scalability, while embedding modern, AI-driven operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end transformation of IT Service Operations, from current state assessment through to steady-state optimisation Define and execute a clear transformation roadmap aligned to business and technology strategy Drive service model redesign, including operating model, processes, tooling, and governance Oversee service migration, vendor onboarding/offboarding, and knowledge transfer activities Embed best practices across ITSM (e. g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management) Lead stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and third-party providers, including executive-level communication AIOps
