About the role
This global role supports Group Insurance Director within the group insurance function to provide effective insurance, risk management and compliance solutions to all Reckitt business entities globally.
The role includes maintaining positive relationships with liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners (brokers, adjusters, captive managers, insurers) to deliver excellent service.
This role is within a small, high‑performing team reporting into Group Treasury.
- Your responsibilities
- Placement and management of global major insurances programmes, working with group Captive.
- Building relationships and liaising with insurance brokers and insurers in renewal processes, projects and midyear activities.
Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Supply, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
- Provide support for acquisition and divestiture activities.
- Managing claims processes and resolution.
- Managing data collection process for renewal information.
- Be the groups insurance expert and respond to queries from the business and providing advice. Including support on insurance clauses in business contracts.
- Identify and working with the organisation to develop practices and procedures that ensure risks are managed effectively.
- Support Risk Management and Insurance activities across the group
- The experience we're looking for
- Experience required in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organisation or international insurance broker or insurer - minimum 5 years
- Experience of working on global insurance programmes
- Experience of placing insurance and full end-to-end renewal processes
- Experience of best practice global insurance, loss prevention, risk engineering and claims handling practices
- Preferred Professional Qualification - ACII, similar or working towards completing qualification
