About The Role We are looking for an experienced finance professional to become the financial co‑pilot of our Digital Manufacturing transformation.
The role will provide end-to-end financial governance, cost control, value realization tracking, and factory budget impact management for two major global investment programs: Digital Manufacturing Backbone (DMB) (~£60m) Digital Factory (~£60m) The successful candidate will ensure financial rigor, transparency, and value delivery across the entire investment lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate A high‑performing Factory Controller, Operations Finance Manager, CAPEX Controller, Program Finance Lead, or Industrial Finance Business Partner with a passion for manufacturing transformation and value creation.
Your responsibilities Lead CAPEX planning, forecasting, reporting, and cost control for Digital Manufacturing investments exceeding £100m Monitor actuals, commitments, accruals, and forecasts against approved business cases Model and communicate factory‑level financial impacts, including depreciation and OPEX implications Build and maintain value‑realization and benefit‑tracking frameworks Provide executive reporting and financial insights to senior leadership and steering committees Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT colour, ethnicity, race, citizenship, and national origin; religion, faith; pregnancy, family status and caring responsibilities; sexual orientation; sex, gender identity, gender expression, and transgender identity; protected veteran status; size or any other basis protected by appropriate law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
