Job Title: Investigational Material Supply Unit Assistant (Direct Entry)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IMSU Assistant. In this role, you’ll help prepare and package materials used in clinical studies—making a real impact on the development of new healthcare products. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure everything is assembled correctly, safely, and on time. It’s a great opportunity to be part of important research while learning about high standards in quality and compliance.
What you will be doing
- Helping to pack and prepare study materials according to a set plan
 - Keeping track of supplies and making sure records are accurate
 - Following strict safety and quality procedures
 - Supporting the team with documentation and process improvements
 - Keeping the workspace clean and organised
 - Managing returns and disposal of materials after studies are complete
 
What we are looking for
- Experience in packaging or working in a regulated environment (like healthcare or manufacturing)
 - Understanding of quality and safety standards (we’ll support you with training)
