About the role: At the heart of Reckitt's success are people – a focus you'll embody as HR Business Partner - GBS. In this influential role, you will craft HR strategies that invigorate our organizational culture, uplift our talent management, and accelerate our business objectives across a wide region. As part of the leadership team, you'll mentor, encourage and enlighten, ensuring the linkage of our HR functions with broader business strategies, and making a profound impact on the future growth of Reckitt. This role can be based in either UK or Poland (Warsaw).

Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team of GBS to drive business priorities and strategy.
  • Champion value creation through the right organization setup, attracting, developing and retaining the right talents now and for the future with a robust diverse pipeline.
  • Guide senior leadership, unifying our talents and objectives through a shared strategic narrative.
  • Ignite cultural transformations that advance our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
  • Drive implementation of HRT against the business case.
  • Lead HR and business CFC in partnership with the Finance partner of the region.
  • Collaborate with global HR and COEs to provide an exceptional employee experience and refine our operative model, applying strategies tailored to regional needs.
  • Cultivate engagement and navigate change, ensuring our responses are proactive and resilient in a dynamic landscape.
  • Lead by example, guiding a team of HR professionals, while advocating for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations, maintaining Reckitt's reputation as an employer of choice.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Prior experience of HR business partnering/HR advisor roles.
  • Ability to drive HR plans in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Prior experience across OD, capability building, ER amongst others.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills.
