When you join our dynamic team at Reckitt as a Group Insurance Administrator, you’ll gain invaluable experience in a global setting. This role supports the Group Insurance team in providing effective insurance, risk management and compliance solutions to Reckitt business entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, collate, analyse and review risk assessment information from the individual Reckitt business units.
- Maintain risk information databases.
- Supportive tasks in compiling and preparing insurance submissions to insurers.
- Support insurance placement process and the administration of the insurance programmes.
- Respond to queries from the business and coordinate as required with the broker.
- Support the premium allocations process and deal with business/accounting queries.
- Support claims handling activities.
- Liaise with insurance brokers to ensure all policy documentation received in a timely manner and checked for accuracy.
- Provide data support with acquisition and divestiture activities.
- Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
Key Challenges:
- Liaising with finance teams globally to receive accurate and viable risk assessment information.
- Dealing with strict deadlines.
- Ensuring information received is both appropriate and timely, challenging the business unit where issues require further investigation.
- Coordinate any technical advice on questions of insurance coverage.
- Managing multiple databases and ensuring information is always 100% accurate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year insurance experience or looking to progress in the world of Insurance.
- Support will be provided towards insurance qualifications.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively (both verbal and written) is paramount.
- The resulting information is largely numerical so a highly numerate mindset is critical, as is attention to detail.
