As our Global Capex Process Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we plan, govern, and execute capital projects across our global manufacturing network.

You'll lead the rollout of one standard way of working - ensuring every project delivers value, drives performance, and strengthens our ability to serve consumers around the world.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Lead the deployment of global standard processes for Capex planning, governance, and project execution.
  • Drive alignment and compliance across markets, regions, and functions-from early concept through post‑investment review.
  • Develop, train, and embed one global Capex and project management framework.
  • Partner closely with site teams, project managers, and engineers to ensure projects deliver on Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance.
  • Apply industry best practices and Reckitt's own experience to simplify processes, increase transparency, and unlock Free Cash Flow.
  • Champion continuous improvement and help build strong project management capability across the organization.
  • Influence stakeholders at every level in a complex, global, matrixed environment.
