About the role As an Executive Search Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting and hiring top Senior Leadership talent for Reckitt globally, working across the Europe, North America and Emerging Markets geographical locations.
Reporting into an Executive Search Lead, you will lead the end-to-end process of sourcing, assessing, and support the ESL in placing senior-level executives.
You will also deliver autonomously on executive searches where you have opportunity to own the end-to-end process.
This role involves close collaboration with key business stakeholders to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Your responsibilities Partner with leadership to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute search strategies in collaboration with the ESL to identify high-calibre executive talent.
Deliver autonomously on end-to-end searches.
Conduct extensive global market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit.
Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, with continuous stakeholder management for any end to end search processes that are assigned Collaborate with your regional TA Leadership team and other TA Managers to share best practices, insights, and solutions across your regional TA team.
The experience we're looking for Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment (search firm or in-house) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Deep expertise in assessing executive talent, including leadership competencies, cultural fit, and long-term potential aligned to business strategy.
Advanced sourcing capability, including proactive talent mapping, market intelligence, and innovative use of Linked In, Boolean search techniques, and alternative channels to engage passive talent.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute global search strategies, managing multiple assignments simultaneously with a high degree of quality and delivery focus.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to present candidate insights and market intelligence clearly to senior stakeholders.
