Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in‑stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About The Role

You will work on the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery within a FTSE100 Company. Our brands are Number 1 or Number 2 brands in all their primary markets and we work with key retail players like Tesco, Boots, Asda and Sainsbury (amongst many others!). You will be able to say that you work for the most successful market innovator in the sector – with 30% of sales over three years coming from new products – and a company recognised for the strength of its commercial capabilities, offering numerous career opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the 360° performance management on our eComm portfolio – and orchestrates deep dives and action planning.
  • Constantly monitors eCommerce ‘formula’ and market share, partnering cross-functionally (including Sales and Consumer Engagement/Retail Media/(Trade) Marketing) to drive continuous improvements in execution and sell‑out.
  • Delivers weekly/monthly/quarterly eCommerce ‘formula’ reviews with clear actions and priorities for improvements.
  • Drive the commercial analyses on performance drivers – including buy‑box, Subscriptions, Assortment, Price & Promo, Availability and Digital Shelf for Reckitt as well as providing insights on the performance of our main competitors.
  • Integrate insight/actions media performance drivers, to enable end‑to‑end decision making and optimisation.
  • Define and track prioritized test & learn plots to optimise performance – and scale learnings.
  • Locally owns eComm performance and digital shelf tools, including continuous improvement and adoption.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Educated to a high standard, with hands‑on experience gained in FMCG sales and/or trade marketing.
  • Hands‑on eCommerce expertise driving sales and execution on Amazon or comparable large marketplaces.
  • A strategic thinker, you possess the confidence to effectively develop and deliver growth plans in an eCommerce environment (combining 4Ps with Digital Shelf/Media execution).
  • The ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally will be a key part to your success, so you must be able to demonstrate a range of influencing styles and techniques.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking, be analytical and creative.
  • Proven skills with regular eComm/Digital tools like Vendor Central, Profitero, Pacvue, etc.
  • Comfortable with modelling and corporate systems/structures, including Excel, and financial systems.
  • Confident and capable of operating across all levels of the organization.
  • A growth mindset and interest and passion for entrepreneurship is critical.
