This Digital Manufacturing Graduate Traineeship offers hands‑on experience in digital transformation initiatives across a global manufacturing network of 40+ factories. You will join the Manufacturing Excellence team, which drives automation, data platforms and Industry 4.0 solutions in close collaboration with factory teams worldwide. Your responsibilities
- Support digitalisation and automation initiatives across global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Analyse factory and supply chain data to improve transparency, KPIs and decision‑making.
- Build reports, dashboards and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
- Contribute to use cases involving real‑time data capture and automated manufacturing processes.
- Support problem definition and simple analytical or statistical models for operational improvements.
- Prepare presentations and insights for internal team meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with factory managers, engineers and global stakeholders across locations.
- Actively participate in team discussions, innovation topics and project meetings.
You will work on real business challenges, not theoretical case studies.
The experience we're looking for
- Recently graduated in Engineering, Data Science, IT, Automation, Digital Manufacturing or a related technical field.
- Academic or early professional exposure to automation, data analysis, statistics or programming.
- Interest in manufacturing, supply chains and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Experience working with data, including basic models, algorithms or analytical problem‑solving (academic or project‑based).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; ability to explain insights clearly.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL or similar programming languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI or strong motivation to learn dashboard development.
