b Overview /b p In this interim SRM role, you will lead governance and value delivery for Reckitt’s most strategic IT D and Professional Services suppliers. You will be the central coordinator across Procurement, IT D, GBS, and business stakeholders to drive strategic supplier engagement, risk management, and innovation. This six-month assignment supports Reckitt’s enterprise transformation with digital enablement, cyber risk controls, and supplier partnerships that unlock value and reduce operational risk. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure a proactive, enterprise-wide approach to supplier governance, performance, and cost optimization. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage relationships with Reckitts strategic IT D and Professional Services suppliers /li li Governance and performance oversight of supplier relationships /li li Develop and maintain strategic engagement plans aligned to business priorities /li li Drive supplier-led innovation and joint value creation /li li Implement the Strategic Supplier Relationship Management Framework /li li Establish governance structures: operational reviews, BBRs, executive committees /li li Define and monitor KPIs and service commitments; lead improvement plans /li li Identify cost optimization and value enhancement opportunities /li li Benchmarking, TCO analysis, and contract compliance improvements /li li Lead risk management across financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, and geopolitical aspects /li li Coordinate cross-functional governance with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders /li li Develop joint business plans and supplier innovation roadmaps /li li Facilitate executive-level supplier reviews and strategic discussions /li li Support business continuity and supplier resilience planning /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant experience in SRM, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Commercial Management /li li Experience with complex global supplier relationships in IT, Digital, Technology, Consulting, or Professional Services /li li Strong commercial acumen and contract management knowledge /li li Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and supplier executives /li li Experience establishing governance frameworks and performance management structures /li li Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills /li li Experience managing supplier risk and business continuity /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Influencing and negotiation /li li Communication /li li IT services /li li Digital transformation /li li Cybersecurity /li /ul
