Overview
As Senior Manager, Logistics Transformation, you will lead Reckitt’s global logistics modernization, deploying next‑generation capabilities across the network. You will partner with Global Logistics and cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven, automated solutions that boost visibility, agility, and cost performance. You’ll drive strategic programs around digitalization, AI, and control towers to turn logistics into a competitive advantage. Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of the global logistics transformation roadmap
- Shape future-state logistics operating models to improve visibility, responsiveness, efficiency, and service
- Drive programs around digitalization, automation, advanced analytics, AI, and end-to-end visibility
- Lead deployment and evolution of Logistics Control Tower capabilities
- Integrate logistics visibility platforms, transportation technologies, data ecosystems, and digital tools
- Serve as senior business lead for TMS implementations across Ocean Freight and Road Transport
- Ensure alignment of technology with global logistics strategy and operational needs
- Establish end-to-end performance visibility with dashboards and metrics
- Lead business deployment for transformation programs across regions and markets
- Build and embed transformation capabilities and sustain new ways of working
- Lead change management and readiness activities for large-scale initiatives
- Foster partnerships with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and IT leadership
Key requirements
- Significant experience in logistics, supply chain transformation, or digital supply chain environments in large global organizations
- Proven success leading complex logistics transformation programs and tech-enabled change
- Deep understanding of logistics operations, control towers, visibility, and performance management
- Experience developing and implementing strategic operating models and organizational change programs
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior leadership in a global matrix organization
