In this role you lead Reckitt's end-to-end PLM transformation as part of IT & Digital, steering a complex portfolio across legacy and future PLM landscapes. You will collaborate with senior IT&D and business leaders to evolve PLM into a product-led capability, driving innovation, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end PLM programme to deliver projects within scope, timelines, and budget
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks with steering committees and executive reporting
- Manage programme financials, including planning, tracking, and value realisation
- Develop and maintain integrated programme and workstream plans aligned across delivery teams
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure delivery performance and business value
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across systems, platforms, and processes
- Ensure IT&D quality standards and regulatory requirements (GxP) are met throughout delivery
- Partner with business and IT leadership to align delivery with strategic roadmaps and priorities
- Manage relationships with executive sponsors and external delivery partners
- Lead and support delivery teams with guidance and oversight across programme execution
Key requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes, ideally PLM or related domains
- Experience in regulated environments with compliant delivery (GxP)
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
- Ability to manage governance, financials, risks, and dependencies in global, matrixed organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with external delivery partners and managing vendor relationships
- Strong leadership to guide teams and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Familiarity with PLM processes, product lifecycle environments, or FMCG/healthcare sectors (desirable)
- Qualifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent programme management certifications (preferred)
