Overview
In this role you champion architecture as a strategic driver across Reckitt, shaping governance and operating models to enable digital transformation. You’ll collaborate across Enterprise Architecture and capability teams to align IT and business strategy, surface data for better decisions, and guide complex technology decisions at scale. You will lead architecture governance, define target architectures, and drive a modern, agile approach to enable cross-functional transformation. Responsibilities
- Design and enhance governance processes (architecture review boards, design authorities)
- Define and align Business Capabilities models and archetypes to enable target state architectures
- Define and maintain EA standards and guardrails; own reference architecture framework and assets
- Collaborate with leadership to develop short- and mid-term roadmaps within budget constraints
- Provide oversight of projects for strategic alignment with architecture principles
- Maintain and optimise the application portfolio with data quality in EAM tooling
- Ensure security architecture is embedded through partnership with Global Cyber Security
- Promote an agile, modern Architecture approach to solving complex business problems and digital transformation
Key requirements
- Architect experience in a Technology or Business domain
- Knowledge of digital transformation technologies and architectures
- Understanding of TOGAF and enterprise artefact development
- Experience creating and managing enterprise reference architectures
- Experience with architecture governance, design authority processes, and solution design management
- Experience with modern tools and techniques for enterprise-scale digital transformation management
- CSLP & Procurement domain experience is a significant advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Influence and storytelling with non-technical audiences
- Commercial acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Core IT domain expertise; relevant functional domain knowledge
- TOGAF and enterprise architecture methodologies
- Architecture governance and design authority processes
