Overview
As an FTC HR Advisor (18 months), you support HR Business Partners with employee relations case handling, vendor management for employee services, and project work. You will guide counselling, ensure accurate records, and help implement HR programs while collaborating with legal and third parties to maintain compliance. This role emphasizes influencing local HR processes without day-to-day business partnering. You’ll gain exposure to global HR operations and leadership development in a purpose-driven, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners to input into business goals and execute local HR projects and programs
- Manage employee relations investigations and case resolution, providing coaching and guidance
- Oversee vendor management for employee services (benefits, outplacement)
- Maintain confidential case records and documentation
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal Counsel, and third parties to ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to HR policy, process, and procedure improvements aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance on self-service transactions and navigating the HR Portal during transition
- Support HRBPs on cases, queries, projects, vendor management, and liaison with HRSS Global Ops
Key requirements
