Overview
In this role you will drive the Digital Manufacturing Backbone (DMB) programme across Reckitt’s factories, advancing the digitalisation of manufacturing infrastructure and key applications. You will collaborate with factory, IT&D and digital teams to ensure disciplined, milestone-driven delivery and governance. The role focuses on improving cyber security, resilience and cross-site coordination during a multi-year rollout. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to shape digital transformation in global manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of the DMB programme across multiple factories
- Maintain structured programme plans, milestones and timelines
- Coordinate with factory, engineering, IT&D and digital teams to remove obstacles
- Ensure governance processes and escalation paths are followed
- Provide clear progress reporting and input to leadership reviews
- Plan central and factory resources and financial forecasts
- Align stakeholders across Supply, IT&D, factories and vendors
- Prepare materials for townhalls, workshops and reviews
Key requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in programme or project management
- Experience in factory or global manufacturing environments
- Experience with digital IT/OT manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Project or similar PM software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Supply, IT&D, Quality, vendors)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, practical, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Collaborative ability across the organisation
