Overview

As Site Digital Lead at Reckitt you will drive the site's digital transformation, deploying Industry 4.0 technologies to boost productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability.

You’ll run the digital manufacturing roadmap and coordinate across Digital, IT, Engineering, and Supply teams to deliver scalable solutions like MES, IIo T, and analytics.

Ensuring secure, compliant, and globally aligned implementations, you’ll enable data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the site's digital transformation roadmap and adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Deliver and optimize digital manufacturing solutions (MES, IIo T, analytics, automation, connected worker tech)
  • Ensure seamless OT/IT integration, data connectivity, performance, and cybersecurity
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply, IT and Digital teams to realise business outcomes
  • Champion a data-driven culture to improve performance and efficiency
  • Ensure digital solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Key requirements
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial automation
  • Knowledge of OT/IT integration architectures and protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus)
  • Experience with edge computing, cloud platforms, and IIo T ecosystems
  • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance, digital twins, smart factory solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven project/program delivery across multiple initiatives
  • Change management and user adoption experience
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational solutions
