About the role Your responsibilities Delivery of Europe EMO qualification programme including audit and desk top assessment as required Supporting with Reckitt factory supplier audits as required Escalation of issues identified during audit or qualification activities Working closely with the EMOs and cross-functional Reckitt teams to provide support when significant quality issues are identified, by supporting the investigation and performing for-cause audits Supports Quality manager in critical event investigations Support delivery of team KPIs Support in the training of other team members where required and appropriate Support and participate (as required) in inspections by external regulatory authorities Propose quality improvements to suppliers and monitor implementation Maintaining auditor qualification and competency to the required levels The experience we're looking for Trained and experienced lead auditor Experience and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements such as EU GMP, ISO13485, ISO22716 and ISO9001Experience of manufacturing operations across a broad range of therapeutic areas and product classifications Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to critically evaluate how regulatory guidance and legislation is applied Excellent organisational skills and ability to work cross functionally Experienced in risk assessment Personal attributes Highly motivated and pro-active Driven to improve the way we work Strong moral ethics and drive to “do the right thing”Strong communication skills and able to debate and negotiate with personnel from all levels of the business Well-developed influencing skills Ability to work cross functionally and form collaborative relationships Diplomatic and tactful in difficult situations Organised and able to deliver concise written or oral summaries to senior management Able to train and coach others Persistent and driven to achieve a final solution Able to demonstrate behaviours in line with Reckitt core values/compass The skills for success Commercial Awareness, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Ability to challenge the status quo, Propose improvement, Accountability, Adaptability, Collaborator, R&D, Product Lifecycle Management.
